    I recommend this product

    Tough to cook

    Not a bad experience more of a lack of knowledge and it definitely did not come out good. Do research before you cook. I used a Sous Vide ANOVA professional cooker and cooked it for about 2 hours at 132 degrees then finished it for another 2 hours at 180 hoping it would break down the tendons and tough parts but it just over cooked and turned into a very rubbery inedible meat. If you choose to sous vide I would go closer to 135-140 degrees and go for like 8 hrs plus!

    Osso Buco (Italian?)

    It was GOOD...as a pinoy, I made kare kare with it instead of using oxtails. This is more of a comment... I understand "Osso Buco" has instant recognition to better sell your product, but it really doesn't have the island vibe. Most people interested with your products are experienced cooks and know the basic cuts... Mahalo!
