Thiamin (B1)

Vitamin B1 (Thiamin) plays an important role in converting carbohydrates into energy. It is critical in the creation of the myelin sheath, providing protection to nerves throughout the body.  Without it, we risk losing the proper function of our nervous system.  

Thiamin is known to help muscle tone via the synthesis of acetylcholine and can prevent the accumulation of fatty deposits in the arteries.
