Aged 14 days for remarkable tenderness and flavor, our center-cut Holiday Roast comes deboned, netted, and ready to be the centerpiece of your table. It's naturally lean, deeply flavorful, and so simple to prepare.
Each roast is approximately 3lb and feeds 5-7 people. Extremely limited quantities are available.
A tip from our team: buy one more than you need. Roasts keep in the freezer for up to 6 months, so you can feed a full holiday table in November and save one for Christmas or New Year’s. We expect them to sell out before Thanksgiving, so this is the moment.
