    The Absolute Best

    It’s hard to really put into words how excellent this cut is (and the whole company in general). The meat smells so clean raw and puts everything else to shame on the deliciousness scale. Just a quick sear for a nice medium rare and I’m on cloud nine. I’ve had many friends and family who “don’t eat red meat” asking me when I’m going to cook this for them again. I’ll definitely be a subscriber for life
