    Best stew meat!

    I cook a lot of stews and I love to get good chunks of lean meat. Gristle in the meat just isn't pleasant. These venison stew chunks are some of the leanest meat I have seen, they look similar to Tuna steaks. They readily take on the flavors of the stew and are delicious. Definitely worth every penny for this delicious and nutritious meat and it is nice knowing that the operation behind it responsibly managing the herds and the land!

    A-Mazing

    Not only is this meat delicious and nutrient packed, but the coconut curry recipe posed by Maui Nui was such a hit that everyone who was over agreed it was better than any curry they’d ever had. Bonus points: I mixed in with the curry the following heal-Lucius veggies: wilted dandelion greens & caramelized shallots, chopped asparagus and small cubes of rutabaga and then served the finished curry over roasted, mashed & buttered acorn squash (instead of rice). This is such a satisfying and delicious dish - and probably one of the best nutrient profiles of any meal I could ask for. Thank you for the gorgeous inspiration on all fronts!!!
